We only collect what we need to get your meals to your door and keep our service running smoothly. This includes your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order details, and any allergen or dietary notes you share with us. When you pay through our website, your payment is processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your full card details ourselves. We also collect basic website usage data through standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. We never ask for more than we need to deliver your order.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and confirm your weekly order, coordinate delivery, send order confirmations and menu updates, respond to your questions, and improve our packages and service over time. We also use it to meet our legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Payments and Third Parties
Payments made through our website are handled by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, and are subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices. If you order or message us through WhatsApp, your number and messages are used to process your order and respond to you, and that channel is also subject to Meta's own data practices. We may also share information with delivery partners so your order reaches you, and with service providers who help us run our website and systems. We do not share your information with advertisers or anyone outside of what's needed to run Tayyib Meals.
